Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The JLGC reaches out to women of all races, religions, and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.  If you are interested in joining JLGC, please submit a MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION.

Qualifications for Admission to League Membership

According to the JLGC Bylaws, a candidate for membership shall:

·         Have had her 24th birthday as of June 1st of the year of her provisional application;

·         Have resided in St. Tammany Parish for not less than six months prior to her provisional orientation (Super Saturday), not to exceed 25 miles from the St. Tammany Parish Courthouse unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors;

·         Not receive a provisional application more than three times; and

·         Have an interest in and commitment to the Mission, Vision and Reaching out Statement of the League.
