As a standard convention we have set each member's username to be firstname.lastname. For example Jennifer Smith's username would be "Jennifer.Smith". When entering the username do not forget the period (.) between names. Additionally, if your name normally contains a hyphen or apostrophe, please omit these characters from your username. For example, Jennifer Smith-O'Malley's username would be "Jennifer.SmithOMalley".
Passwords were set to a default (If you do not know the default, please contact the league office). However, the first time you attamept to access the membership directory or "My Profile" you will be asked to reset this password to something new. The password you choose will be your password from this point forward or until you change it again. Passwords are case-sensitive.
The following passwords are all different: "SecretWord", "secretword", "SECRETWORD"
If you have entered your username and/or password improperly, or the league has yet to assign you credentials, you will receive the following error: We could not validate the login information provided. Please try again.
Steps you can take to resolve login issues:
1) Make sure you have entered your username accurately and your password with the proper case.
2) You can have your credentials emailed to you by checking the
box labeled "I've forgotten my username or password. Please send them
to me at the email address below" and entering your email address in the
provided box. A notification will be emailed
(from reminder@closerware.com) with your current username and password. If the
email address provided does not match an email address on record with
the league, you will receive an error similar to the
following: "We are unable to locate your email (sample@emailaddress.com) in our records." Please contact your website administrator to provide an updated email address.
3) If you login successfully but then are prompted to
repeatedly log in when trying to gain access to other areas of the member
site, more than likely you have cookies disabled on your web
browser. This website requires that members enable cookies.
