The Northshore, the parishes north of Lake Ponchartrain and New Orleans, has long been known as an artists’ community.  Just as we appreciate beautiful art, Southeast Louisianans also relish our food.  Like any good artist, a southern cook uses instinct and heart to create a piece de resistance.  The Junior League of Greater Covington invites you to share our love of art and food with our first cookbook, Roux To Do.
